Join us for sunday worship

When you step through our doors on a Sunday morning, you’ll be greeted with a smile and a sense that you belong—just as you are.

Worship at Elm Street is simple and Spirit-filled.. There are no high-tech frills—just people gathering with their whole selves: joys and struggles, questions and hopes, trusting that God meets us in the midst of it all.

Our beautiful sanctuary has been steeped in worship for over 165 years. With warm wooden accents and stained glass windows that catch the morning light, it offers a sacred and comforting space to rest in God’s presence.

You can expect soul-stirring music led by our choir and professional musicians, prayers that speak to real life, and sermons that engage Scripture and connect with everyday faith.

All ages and stages are welcome. Some need movement; some need quiet. Whether you’re young or older, longtime churchgoer or first-time visitor, you have a place in the circle.

Services last about an hour. We celebrate Communion once a month, and all are welcome at Christ’s table.

Our space is fully accessible, with an elevator, hearing assistance devices, and large-print bulletins to ensure everyone can participate fully.  We gather Sundays at 11:00 a.m September - June and at 10:30 a.m. in July and August.

Whether you're carrying joy, sorrow, doubt, or curiosity, you're invited to bring your whole self.

We come as we are
bringing all that we are
that we may be shaped together
by God’s grace
into the living body of Christ

MUSIC MINISTRY

Music fills the heart of our worship time. Whether it's the rich harmonies of traditional hymns, the stirring sounds of contemporary arrangements, or the joyful surprise of guest instrumentalists on special occasions, our music uplifts, inspires, and connects. With a gifted professional organist, pianist, and choir director who brings out the best in our 18-voice choir, each Sunday resonates with beauty and spirit. Many have said they come for the message, but stay for the music. It’s more than a program—it’s a ministry that moves people, stirs the soul, and helps us all draw closer to God. If you would like to learn more, please contact our Music Director, Linda Tamburri.
